Linerup

Responsible Gambling

Linerup is research, not a sportsbook. If you bet, do it responsibly.

Linerup publishes sports model predictions for research and entertainment. We do not accept wagers, sell picks, or earn anything based on whether you bet or how you do. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to place any bet.

If you choose to bet where it is legal to do so, treat it as entertainment you can afford to lose — never as income, and never as a way to win back money you have already lost.

Bet within limits

Decide in advance how much money and time you are willing to spend, and stop when you reach that limit. Do not chase losses, do not use money set aside for essentials, and do not gamble under the influence or to cope with stress or low moods.

Warning signs

Gambling may be becoming a problem if you find yourself:

  • Betting more than you can comfortably afford to lose
  • Chasing losses or betting larger to win back what you lost
  • Borrowing money, or selling things, in order to gamble
  • Hiding or lying about how much you bet
  • Neglecting work, school, or relationships to gamble
  • Feeling restless or irritable when you try to cut back
